Description
One hour to step out of your head and back into your body.
At the heart of the session is Conscious Connected Breathwork – a conscious, connected breathing technique without pauses between the inhale and exhale. The active breathing phase lasts around 30 minutes and is complemented by grounding, body awareness, and a closing integration phase.
Throughout the session, we also work with the 7 Belts of Tension developed by Wilhelm Reich: different areas of bodily tension that we explore through awareness, movement, touch, and breath.
These sessions invite you to become more aware of your breath, explore physical tension, and take one hour entirely for yourself.
Duration: 60 minutes
Active breathwork session: approx. 30 minutes
Contraindications
Conscious Connected Breathwork is an intensive breathing practice and is not suitable for everyone. Please do not participate in the active breathwork session if you are pregnant or have severe cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy or a history of seizures, glaucoma or retinal detachment, recent surgery or serious injuries, or acute severe mental health conditions or psychosis.
If you are unsure whether the practice is suitable for you, or if you have any existing health conditions, please consult your doctor or healthcare professional beforehand.
